人力资源和社会保障系统建立统一的公益性服务平台,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,是政府做好民生实事的重要举措。吉林省12333咨询服务热线作为民生服务热线切实发挥了政府与广大群众沟通的桥梁与纽带作用。本文阐述了12333咨询热线运行情况,分析了2009年12333咨询热线人工受理业务量运行情况及12333综合服务网运行基本情况,概括了12333咨询服务热线的特点,研究了12333咨询服务热线运行中存在的问题,提出了完善12333咨询热线的意见与建议,汇总了12333热线咨询者意见反馈及建议概要,希望为今后的12333热线运行工作提供参考。
