目的:通过质量控制,提高医疗质量,减少不合理用药和医院感染的发生率。方法:以科主任、临床药剂师、护士长为核心,全科医药护人员均参加管理,分析不合理处方和本科室医院感染危险因素,制定科室控制规划和条件。结果:通过严格坚持调查、监测、执行、总结,逐步解决不规范用药和科室内造成医院感染危险因素,达到国家卫生部医院晋升等级工作医院合理用药的考核标准。结论:采用质量控制方法进行管理,减少不规范用药和减少医院感染,在临床工作中具有广泛的推广意义及实际应用价值。
Objective: To improve the quality of medical care through quality control and reduce the incidence of irrational drug use and hospital infection. Methods: With the director, clinical pharmacist and nurse as the core, the general practitioners of medical care participated in the management and analyzed the unreasonable prescriptions and risk factors of nosocomial infection in undergraduate and departmental departments to formulate departmental control plans and conditions. Results: By strictly insisting on investigation, monitoring, implementation and conclusion, we gradually solved the non-standard medication and the risk factors of nosocomial infection in the department and reached the evaluation standard of reasonable medication for the hospitals in the promotion level in the Ministry of Health. Conclusion: The quality control methods to manage, reduce non-standard medication and reduce nosocomial infections in clinical work has a wide range of promotion and practical value.
