骨痛是骨转移瘤最常见的症状,文献报道153Ｓｍ乙二胺四甲基膦酸(ＥＤＴＭＰ)及搏宁(帕米膦酸二钠)治疗骨转移瘤疼痛有效[1,2]。我院自1998年9月至1999年8月采用153ＳｍＥＤＴＭＰ、搏宁联合治疗骨转移瘤疼痛患者32例,现报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 临床资料实体瘤骨转移疼痛患
Bone pain is the most common symptom of bone metastases. It has been reported in the literature that 153Sm ethylenediaminetetramethylphosphonic acid (EDTMP) and benazepam (pamidronate disodium) are effective for the treatment of bone metastatic tumor pain [1, 2]. In our hospital from September 1998 to August 1999, 153SmEDTMP and benaze were used to treat bone metastases in 32 patients with pain.
