一、序言在X射綫和鐳治疗之早期,由于对其皮肤生物效应研究不够,在治疗过程中,所致种种严重皮肤損害的文献記述中,給了我們深刻的印象。放射性同位素在医学中的应用,以P,I~(131)和Co~(60)最为广泛。P~(32)的各种用途中,做为β射綫外照射治疗皮肤疾病,治疗效果之优劣、皮肤发生永久性損害与否与医师对所施治剂量产生的皮肤效应規律的掌握和預测有密切关系。本文的目的卽在于通过实驗观察,孰識P~(32)所致之皮肤的病理生理改变、不同剂量条件下
