今天,人们对于财政问题的关心、对于财政改革与发展中难点热点问题的关注,胜过任何一个时期。因为今天的财政更加贴近百姓,与国家的社会经济发展更为密切。此次人代会更是把财政问题作为重要议题,公共财政建设、财政支出改革、财政制度创新、确保工资发放等等都成为代表们议论的焦点。人代会期间,本刊记者采访了10位财政系统人大代表,他们从不同角度,对我国今后的财政改革与发展提出了许多建设性意见。王加林代表:乘风借势推进部门预算改革
Today, people are concerned about the fiscal issue, paying more attention to the difficult hot issues in the financial reform and development than any other period. Because today’s finance is closer to the people, it is more closely linked with the country’s social and economic development. This NPC is taking the financial issue as an important issue. The construction of public finance, the reform of fiscal expenditure, the innovation of the financial system, and ensuring the payment of wages have all become the focuses of the delegates’ discussions. During the NPC session, our correspondents interviewed 10 representatives of the people’s congresses of the financial system who put forward many constructive suggestions on our country’s future fiscal reform and development from different perspectives.
