从当前辅导员工作的现状出发,结合本院的实际问题,提出辅导员队伍建设的机制——引进、培训、激励。将辅导员队伍建设规范化、制度化,以期形成具有本院特色的专业化辅导员队伍。
Starting from the current situation of counselors ’work and combining with the actual problems in this hospital, this paper puts forward the mechanism of counselors’ team building - introduction, training and encouragement. The standardization and institutionalization of counselors will be formed in order to form a contingent of specialized counselors with the characteristics of our hospital.
