中国资产阶级是中国近代社会的产物,它的产生发展有一个从传统商人阶级向近代资产阶级演变的过程,这个过程不仅包括他们经营活动的资本主义化和个人素质的资产阶级化,而且包括他们组织程度的普及化、扩大化和社会联系的世界化。本文从中国资产阶级的组织形态,在西方资本主义世界的影响下,从行会→商会→商联会→国际商会的变化发展过程入手,考察它在组织和社会联系方面的近代化进程和特点。
