挤压筒加热是热挤压生产过程中的重要前提条件之一。熟练掌握不同分区接线对于设计人员和现场维护工人都非常重要。介绍了目前挤压筒加热的常用分区方式、相应的接线方式、加热功率和电流计算、电阻加热器结构、热电偶测温配置等。并且根据现场实际调试经验,提出了一些实用的建议,为今后设计更合理的挤压筒加热分区方式、现场接线及处理电气故障、编程控制挤压筒温升和温差提供了一些参考。
Extrusion barrel heating is one of the important preconditions in the hot extrusion process. Proficiency in different district wiring is very important for designers and field maintenance workers. This paper introduces the common partitioning methods of heating the extrusion cylinder, the corresponding wiring methods, heating power and current calculation, the structure of resistance heater and the temperature measurement configuration of thermocouple. According to the actual debugging experience in the field, some practical suggestions are put forward to provide some references for designing a more reasonable heating mode of extrusion barrel in the future, field wiring and handling of electrical faults, programming temperature and temperature difference of extrusion barrel.
