目的探索噪声对主动脉弓结构的影响,预防噪声的损伤。方法选择雄性Wistar大鼠33只,采用配伍组设计分为白噪声暴露组(暴露组)、白噪声暴露+丹参灌胃组(丹参组)和正常对照组(对照组)。暴露组每天暴露于(105±1.5)dB(A),频率0.25~8kHz的白噪声中4h;丹参组每天口服浓度为1g/ml的丹参水溶液1.5ml,然后与暴露组同时暴露于相同的白噪声中;对照组不给任何处理。实验2个月后,用光学显微镜观察大鼠主动脉弓的结构,并测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)及其亚组分(HDL2C、HDL3C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDLC)及血糖。结果暴露组9例大鼠主动脉弓结构改变;TC、HDLC及HDL2C比对照组显著降低,TG、HDL3C、LDLC、VLDLC及血糖值无显著性变化。丹参组仅发现2例主动脉弓结构异常;TC、HDLC、LDLC与对照组相比有显著性差异;TG、HDL2C、HDL3C、VLDLC及血糖无显著性改变。结论噪声可损伤主动脉弓的结构,损伤的机理在于降低了HDLC、HDL2C的水平,丹参具?
Objective To explore the effect of noise on the aortic arch structure and prevent the noise damage. Methods Thirty-three male Wistar rats were randomly divided into white noise exposure group (exposure group), white noise exposure group (Danshen group) and normal control group (control group). The exposure group was exposed to (105 ± 1.5) dB (A) daily for 4 hours in the white noise of 0.25 ~ 8 kHz. Salvia miltiorrhiza group received oral administration of 1.5 ml Salvia miltiorrhiza at a concentration of 1 g / ml daily, Exposed to the same white noise; control group did not give any treatment. Two months after the experiment, the structure of the aortic arch was observed with light microscope, and the levels of total cholesterol (TC), total triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC) and its sub-components C, HDL3 C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C), very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL C) and blood glucose. Results In the exposed group, the aortic arch structure was changed in 9 rats. TC, HDLC and HDLCC were significantly lower than those in the control group. There were no significant changes in TG, HDL3C, LDLC, VLDLC and blood glucose. Salvia miltiorrhiza group only found two cases of abnormal aortic arch structure; TC, HDL C, LDL C compared with the control group were significantly different; TG, HDL2 C, HDL3 C, VLDL C and no significant changes in blood glucose.
