目的 了解鸟枪弹样脉络膜视网膜病变自身的电生理改变特点及特征性的 ERG表现.方法 诊断明确的 7例 (14只眼 )鸟枪弹样脉络膜视网膜病变患者未用药物干预前2~ 7a的视网膜电生理的长期随访.结果 随着疾病的发展 ,ERG和 EOG均出现异常.其中最早的 ERG改变为锥细胞 ERG潜伏期延长 ;随之杆细胞 ERG b波振幅下降 ,锥细胞ERG b波的振幅下降较晚 ;a波振幅的下降晚于 b波 ,且下降不成比例 ,出现典型负相ERG.结论 负相 ERG可作为诊断此疾病的特征性 ERG,它表明疾病主要累及视网膜神经层.“,”Objective To understand the natural electrophysiological changes in birdshot chorioretinopathy and highlight the electroretinogram(ERG) findings unique to this disease.Method The electrophysiological studies of seven patients (14 eyes) with birdshot chorioretinopathy were followed up for 2~7 years.Results ERG and electro oculogram (EOG) became abnormal with the development of the disease. The earliest change of ERG was the prolongation of cone ERG incubation period, followed by the decrease of dark adapted wave b amplitude. The wave b amplitude of cone ERG decreased later. The wave a was affected later and the decrease of the wave a amplitude was disproportionate compared to that of wave a, revealing a typical negative type ERG.Conclusion The negative type ERG appears specific to birdshot chorioretinopathy. It demonstrates that the inner sensory retina is more involved than the outer retina.
