生精过程中细胞凋亡既可维持正常精子数量又是导致少精无精症的重要机制之一 ,目前越来越多的研究表明 ,激素对生精细胞凋亡的调控有着重要作用。本文就T、FSH、LH、E2、PRL等激素对生精细胞凋亡的影响及机制作一综述。
Apoptosis in the process of spermatogenesis can maintain the normal sperm count is one of the important mechanisms leading to oligozoospermia, more and more studies show that hormones play an important role in the regulation of apoptosis of spermatogenic cells. This article reviews the effects and mechanisms of hormones such as T, FSH, LH, E2 and PRL on apoptosis of spermatogenic cells.
