目的:探讨注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾常见不良反应。方法:收集2010年1月-2015年1月我院注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾不良反应报告60份,对其进行回顾性分析。结果:60份不良反应报告中,不良反应程度以轻度为主,构成比为81.67%;患者年龄分布主要为≤9岁、≥60岁,构成比分别为28.33%、16.67%;大多患者的既往病史与家族史不详,构成比分别为76.67%、85.0%。结论:发生注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾不良反应主要以儿童与老年患者为主,且大多数不良反应为轻度。
Objective: To investigate the common adverse reactions of amoxicillin and sodium clavulanate in injection. Methods: 60 cases of adverse reactions of amoxicillin sodium clavulanate injection in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were 60 adverse reactions reported with slight adverse reactions, with the constituent ratio of 81.67%. The age distribution of patients was mainly ≤9 years old and ≥60 years old, with the proportions of 28.33% and 16.67% respectively.
