浙江百大有加利商贸有限公司注册资本1500万元,主要任务是大力发展连锁便利店和大卖场。2003年,百大有加利发展到第16家连锁店并准备加大加快规模扩张时,公司领导察觉到管理程度与扩张的步伐不能统一,董事长厉文海先生果断决定重建所有连锁店的信息化管理规范。经过多次实地演示与多方比较,最终启用了“科脉商业管理软件”连锁版来提升百大有加利的信息化管理。整个系统实施完毕后,从总部到门店全部采用宽带联网,整个连锁机构包括总部、配送中心、购物广场、标准超市、便利店,总部和配送中心在义乌市,而门店则分布在义乌地区和开化地区。
