[目的]研究反相梯度液相色谱法测定食品中阿斯巴甜、糖精钠和安赛蜜含量。[方法]采用C185μm 3.0mm×250 mm窄径柱为分析柱,以CH3CN∶(NH4)2SO4为流动相,流速:0.60 ml/min,波长214 nm实验,应用梯度液相色谱技术对阿斯巴甜、糖精钠、安赛蜜进行分析测定。[结果]在1.0~20.0 mg/L范围内有良好线性关系(r:0.9999),平均回收率为92.0%~101.5%。[结论]实验表明该方法具有良好的线性关系,精密度好,结果准确,实用性强。
[Objective] To study the determination of aspartame, saccharin sodium and acesulfame potassium in food by reversed-phase gradient liquid chromatography. [Method] The narrow column of C185μm 3.0mm × 250mm was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase was CH3CN: (NH4) 2SO4, the flow rate was 0.60 ml / min and the wavelength was 214 nm. The gradient of liquid chromatography Sweet, sodium saccharin, acesulfame K, analysis and determination. [Result] There was a good linear relationship (r: 0.9999) in the range of 1.0 ~ 20.0 mg / L with the average recovery of 92.0% ~ 101.5%. [Conclusion] The experiment shows that this method has a good linear relationship, good precision, accurate result and good practicability.
