自我管理是指人们对自己本身,对自己的思想、心理和行为表现进行的管理。作为未来国家建设的主力军,中职学生必须具备自我管理的能力。因此,对中职学生的自我管理能力的培养显得尤为重要。本文主要通过计算机课堂中学生自我管理能力的培养,阐述对学生课堂自我管理能力培养的一点探索,呼吁教师需要不断地探索新的教学理念,尝试适合学生的教学方法,才能培养优秀的中职人才!
Self-management refers to people’s own, their own ideological, psychological and behavioral performance management. As the main force in the future national construction, secondary vocational students must possess self-management ability. Therefore, the training of self-management ability of secondary vocational students is particularly important. This paper mainly through the training of students ’self-management ability in computer classroom, elaborates on the exploration of students’ self-management ability in class and calls for teachers to constantly explore new teaching concepts and try their best to cultivate excellent talents in middle school.
