with the continuous development of education in China, the reform of curriculum education has been carried out. The new curriculum reform requires that students should give full play to their initiative in learning, develop their comprehensive English ability, and improve their ability of using English and oral communication. In teaching, teachers should create rich English situations for students, enhance their sense of English language, and make them improve their English learning ability in the process of independent exploration. In order to make English classroom teaching lively, interesting and efficient, teachers should combine the characteristics of English subject and the psychological characteristics of primary school students, choose the teaching methods, teaching methods and teaching strategies in line with the characteristics of primary school students' learning, and design teaching links carefully to optimize classroom teaching and improve teaching efficiency.
