随着冶金工业的发展,高风温已是降低焦比,提高产量的重要措施之一,特别是喷吹烧料在高炉生产中广范应用之后,迫切要求热风炉提供更高的风温。原来我们厂热风温度较低,只有800—900℃左右,远不能满足高炉生产的需要。为了提高风温,我们作了以下几项工作:1.改革了设备,增加热风炉的蓄热面积。我们高炉及热风炉原来是从马鞍山拆来的淘汰设备,热风炉原高18.93m,直径3.852m,每m~3高炉有效容积蓄热面积58.811m~2。由于蓄热面积小,风温始终提不高,平均风温在830℃左右,不能满足高炉大风高温的要
With the development of the metallurgical industry, the high wind temperature is one of the important measures to reduce the coke ratio and increase the output.
