目的对某合成氨厂2007—2008年一氧化碳(CO)质量浓度监测数据进行比较,分析导致该厂CO质量浓度升高的原因。方法对2个年度该合成氨厂工作场所空气中CO监测数据进行配对分析。结果CO监测数据显示2007年最高质量浓度为116.3 mg/m3,超标率18.2%;2008年最高质量浓度达994.6 mg/m3,超标率为90.9%。结论2008年工作场所空气中CO质量浓度明显高于2007年,主要原因在于生产工艺中CO气体输送管道密封性差,导致气体逸出。
Objective To compare the monitoring data of carbon monoxide (CO) concentration in an ammonia plant from 2007 to 2008, and analyze the reasons that lead to the increase of CO concentration in this plant. Methods The CO monitoring data in the air of the ammonia plant in the two years were paired. Results The CO monitoring data showed that the highest concentration was 116.3 mg / m3 in 2007, exceeding the standard of 18.2%. The highest concentration in 2008 was 994.6 mg / m3 with the exceeding standard rate of 90.9%. Conclusion The concentration of CO in the air of the workplace was significantly higher in 2008 than in 2007, mainly due to the poor sealing of the CO gas delivery pipe in the production process and the gas escape.
