目的分析妊娠子痫前期(preeclampsia,PE)外周血辅助性T细胞表达变化。方法 25例PE妇女接受了外周血辅助性T细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)检测,并与同期正常怀孕产妇(正常妊娠组,20例)以及未孕女性(未孕组,20例)相同检测比较。结果 PE组血清CD4+、CD4+/CD8+浓度明显高于正常妊娠组和未孕组,而CD8+浓度则显著低于后者(P均<0.05~0.01)。结论 PE妇女外周血辅助性T细胞表达存在明显异常。
Objective To analyze the expression of helper T cells in peripheral blood of preeclampsia (PE). Methods Twenty-five PE women underwent the detection of peripheral blood helper T cells (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 +) and compared with normal pregnant women (normal pregnancy group, 20 cases) and non-pregnant women Example) The same test comparison.
