提高沸腾炉热效率必须解决腾沸燃烧的若干技术问题,这是关系到沸腾炉的发展和有效节约能源的主要问题。因此,近两年来有些单位,在这方面做了不少工作,也取得了一些成绩。福建龙海合成氨厂在学习一些单位改进沸腾炉燃烧的经验后,成功地综合采取了国内现有的几种提高沸腾燃烧效率的有效措施,使该炉飞灰含炭量显著下降,在燃用福建龙岩无烟煤时,锅炉热效率达到80%以上,超过了国内现有同类工业锅炉的先进水平。当然,该炉在沸腾段下降管和埋管水平段的结构以及汽水分离装置仍须进一步改进,但他们那种善于学习,善于总结钻研的精神是可贵的、他们所采取的有效技术措施,值得各地有关方面参考。
