大功率发电机的生产和使用过程中碰到的故障,往往是活性钢片之间的漆绝缘层遭到破坏,以定子发热的形式反映出来。为了能够在涡轮发电机及同步补偿器定子的生产过程中和在对热电厂进行预防检修时,检查出类似故障,创制了《定子—1》型热像探伤仪。
High-power generator production and use of the process encountered problems, often the active insulation between the steel sheet is damaged, in the form of stator heat reflected. A “stator-1” thermal imaging flaw detector was created to detect similar faults during the production of the turbine generator and synchronous compensator stator and during preventive maintenance of the thermal power plant.
