This year marks the 10th anniversary of China’s total quality management. The metallurgical industry has made gratifying achievements over the past decade under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee and the leadership of the State Council and the support of relevant departments as well as the guideline of reform and opening up. Steel production increased by 27.44 million tons, an average annual increase of more than 2.7 million tons, while improving the variety of structures and improve product quality.
