随着全球石油资源的紧缺和使用石化燃料带来的环境污染,许多国家开发和使用绿色、可再生能源生物柴油替代石化柴油。然而生物柴油的储存寿命、氧化安定性、清净分散性、腐蚀性和低温流动性等使用性能差,限制了其使用发展。本文综述了生产生物柴油的各种原料油和不同品种B100甲基酯(FAME)产品组成分析可用抗氧剂来改善B100生物柴油和调合生物柴油的储存寿命、氧化安定性。重点介绍了天然和合成抗氧剂对改善单一原料油和混合原料油基B100生物柴油及调合生物柴油氧化安定性的研究进展。并提出在开发原料油和环境友好型酯化工艺之际,特别要开发研究生物柴油的多功能复合添加剂配方。
With the shortage of global oil resources and the environmental pollution caused by the use of fossil fuels, many countries develop and use green, renewable energy biodiesel to replace petrodiesel. However, the poor serviceability of biodiesel, such as storage life, oxidation stability, clean dispersion, corrosiveness and low temperature fluidity, limits the development of its use. This review summarizes the compositional analysis of various feedstocks for producing biodiesel and different types of B100 methyl esters (FAMEs). Antioxidants can be used to improve the shelf life and oxidation stability of B100 biodiesel and blended biodiesel. The research progress of natural and synthetic antioxidants on improving the oxidation stability of B100 biodiesel and blending biodiesel with single feedstock and mixed feedstock is introduced. And proposed in the development of oil and environmentally friendly esterification process on the occasion, in particular, to develop a multi-functional study of biodiesel additive formulations.
