分析进口优质热轧钢卷在冲压成型后产生纵向和横向开裂的原因,发现钢板中存在粒状贝氏体以及钢板的冶炼质量欠佳,为用户对外索赔提供了强有力的技术依据。

The reasons for the longitudinal and transverse cracking of imported high quality hot rolled coil after stamping were analyzed. It was found that the quality of the granular bainite and the smelting quality of the steel plate were not good, which provided a strong technical basis for the claim of the user.
