将GM—CSF腺病毒颗粒转入人外周血单核细胞（PBMC），从而找到了一种诱导、扩增DC的新途径。进一步的同种混合淋巴细胞反应提示，这种DC比常规培养的人外周血DC有更强的激发T细胞的能力。
The GM-CSF adenoviral particles were transferred into human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) to find a new way to induce and amplify DCs. Further homogeneous mixed lymphocyte reaction suggested that this DC has stronger ability to stimulate T cells than conventionally cultured human peripheral blood DCs.
