教案,是教师在从事课堂教学工作前,预设的教学活动方案。任何一位从事课堂教学的教师,都务必要做好两项最基本的工作——教案设计(备课)和组织好教学活动(上课)。从一定意义上讲,前者比后者显得更为重要。因为高质量的教学设计是高效率课堂教学的基础和前提。在新课程的理念下,教师如何去做好“教案设计”这一常规而又十分重要的工作呢?笔者结合自己的教学实践,谈以下肤浅的“三变”建议。一、角色转变:变“师本设计”为“生本设计”所谓“师本设计”,是指以“教师的教”为中心,重点解决“教什么”“怎么教”的问题的教学设计。这类教案,其教学资源均来自于教材与教参,设计者很少考虑学生的学情和课堂生成的教学资源。整篇教案能看出教师在课堂中清晰的“教”
Teaching plan, is a teacher in the classroom teaching work, the default program of teaching activities.
