为研究梁侧锚固钢板加固高温后受损混凝土梁的受剪性能,设计了6个混凝土梁试件,首先按照ISO 834国际标准升温曲线对其中5根混凝梁进行受火试验,然后采用梁侧锚固钢板加固,并对其进行静力试验。分析了梁侧加固钢板高度与螺栓间距对加固梁受剪承载力、延性及刚度的影响。试验结果表明:梁侧锚固钢板加固法能显著提高高温后钢筋混凝土梁的受剪承载力,并改善原混凝土梁的整体受力性能;受剪性能的加固效果随钢板高度的增大而增大,随螺栓间距的增大而减小;在梁侧锚固钢板加固梁中,钢板与混凝土存在纵向与横向滑移;螺栓间距对钢板与混凝土之间协同工作的程度影响较大。
In order to study the shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with beam-side anchored steel plate after high temperature, six concrete beams were designed. First, five concrete beams were subjected to fire test according to ISO 834 international standard curve. Then, Side anchor steel reinforcement, and its static test. The influence of the steel plate height and bolt spacing on the shear strength, ductility and stiffness of the reinforced beam is analyzed. The test results show that: the beam side of the anchor plate reinforcement method can significantly improve the high temperature after the shear strength of reinforced concrete beam and improve the overall performance of the original beam; shear strengthening effect increases with the height of the steel plate increases , Which decreases with the increase of the bolt spacing. The steel plate and concrete have the longitudinal and lateral slip in the steel-reinforced beam with anchorage beam on the beam side. The bolt spacing has a great influence on the degree of cooperation between the steel plate and the concrete.
