在城市化进程加快的当今社会,城市土地面积随之减少,而为了将土地利用率进行有效控制,高层建筑应运而生,数量逐年递增。地下室是高层建筑的基础配置,它不仅可以将建筑物的根基加深稳固,更是人防工程的标准要求。但是深基坑工程由于内部结构复杂及施工工艺的影响,通常存在较大的风险,安全事故的发生频率也比较高。以下对深基坑的开挖技术做出了具体分析研究,并阐述了相关加强措施,以期为提高工程质量作出借鉴指导,促进建筑业的蓬勃发展。
In the modern society where the process of urbanization is accelerating, the urban land area decreases. In order to effectively control the land utilization, high-rise buildings have emerged and their numbers have been increasing year by year. Basement is the basic configuration of high-rise buildings, it can not only deepen the foundation of the building more firmly, it is the standard requirements of civil air defense projects. However, due to the complicated internal structure and the influence of construction technology, the deep foundation pit project usually has a big risk and the occurrence frequency of safety accidents is relatively high. The following excavation of deep foundation pit technology to make a specific analysis and research, and illustrates the relevant measures to strengthen, in order to improve the quality of the project to make reference and guidance to promote the vigorous development of the construction industry.
