有数据显示,国内职业院校的兼职教师人数占总人数的一半左右,并出现不断增长的趋势。兼职教师作为教师团队的重要一部分,如何加强兼职教师的管理工作,充分调动兼职教师的积极性和主动性,是职业院校最关心和亟待解决的问题。规范兼职教师的聘任制度,完善管理体制,健全奖励机制是职业院校兼职教师队伍建设的重要内容。本文只要针对兼职教师队伍建设的重要性,兼职教师队伍建设中存在的矛盾以及对此制度的设计和构想进行了探讨。
