为探讨形态学和免疫学分型不一致的急性白血病细胞起源,采用PCR技术分析14例形态学和免疫学分型不一致急性白血病的IgH和TCRγ基因重排。结果发现在9例分别表达B或T细胞分化抗原的白血病中,有7例检测到相应的IgH或TCRγ基因重排,2例具有IgH和TCRγ基因双重排;在5例缺乏细胞系限抗原表达的白血病中,有4例检测到TCRγ基因重排,1例未检测到IgH或TCRγ基因重排,其白血病细胞分别起源于T细胞和髓细胞。表明基因重排分析在白血病分型中具有重要参考价值
To investigate the origin of acute leukemia cells with inconsistent morphological and immunological typing, PCR was used to analyze IgH and TCRγ gene rearrangements in 14 patients with morphological and immunological malignancies. The results showed that in 9 cases of leukemias that respectively expressed B or T cell differentiation antigens, corresponding IgH or TCR gamma gene rearrangements were detected in 7 cases, 2 cases had double rows of IgH and TCR gamma genes, and there was a lack of cell lineage antigen expression in 5 cases. In leukemia, TCRγ gene rearrangement was detected in 4 cases, and IgH or TCRγ gene rearrangement was not detected in 1 case. The leukemic cells originated from T cells and myeloid cells, respectively. Shows that gene rearrangement analysis has important reference value in leukemic typing
