近年来,邮政企业在深化体制改革的前提下不断发展壮大,同时,企业的现金运营指数也不断提高。要想保持企业资金周转正常,笔者认为最重要的就是始终坚持以科学发展观为统领,围绕“抓管理、促发展、降成本、增效益”这根主线,全面强化财务管理,大力推进降本增效,积极优化资源配置,不断提升效益水平,为邮政企业又好又快发展提供有力的财务支撑。
