本文介绍应用~(60)Co-γ射线诱发小麦生产矮杆变异。我们用M_1株高标准差大于对照1~2倍的照射量为小麦矮杆诱变照射量,获得了120~50cm的各级变异株,在M_2代筛选的矮杆变异株有易于稳定和不易稳定的两种。突变细胞在生育过程中的修复,可能是不易稳定的原因之一。本文最后认为利用γ射线修饰株高是有效的手段之一。
This article describes the application of ~ (60) Co-γ-ray-induced wheat dwarf variation. We use M_1 strain with a standard deviation of 1 ~ 2 times as much as that of the control, which is the mutagenic strain of wheat dwarf strain, and all the mutant strains with the size of 120 ~ 50cm were obtained. The short dwarf mutant strains screened in the M_2 generation were easy to be stable and not easy Two kinds of stability. Mutation of cells in the reproductive process may be one of the reasons not easy to stabilize. This paper concludes that the use of γ-ray modified plant height is an effective means.
