目的 探讨降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)发生发展中的作用机制。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测大鼠SAH 后CVS脑组织、血管CGRP m RNA 表达。结果 正常对照组CGRPm RNA 表达水平依次为基底节区、海马、大脑皮层和脑血管;注血后3d 各脑区、血管CGRPm RNA 表达均较正常对照组、注血后30m in、注血后7d 显著下调(P< 0.01)。结论 CGRP m RNA 表达下调、舒缩血管物质失衡是SAH 后CVS的主要原因之一。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in the development of cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods The expressions of CGRP and m RNA in brain tissues and blood vessels of CVS after SAH were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results The expression of CGRPm RNA in normal control group was basal ganglia, hippocampus, cerebral cortex and cerebrovascular in turn. The expression of CGRPmRNA in brain regions and blood vessels in each group was higher than that in control group at 30 m injections, 7 d after injection Significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion The down-regulation of CGRP-m RNA and the imbalance of vasoconstrictor and vasoconstrictor substances are one of the main causes of CVS after SAH.
