目的 通过造成暂时性全脑缺血制作大鼠音源性癫痫模型,并对其分析评价。方法 利用胸部挤压器造成暂时性缺血,复苏后声音诱发癫痫发作,记录其发作情况,分析脑电图变化,并作实验性治疗。结果 该模型成功率为43 % ,动物存活率767 % ,发作形式类似遗传性癫痫易感大鼠,脑电图符合癫痫诊断,实验治疗效果明显。结论 全脑缺血诱发大鼠癫痫模 型操作简便,制作成功 率高,接近临床病理情况,适用于长期的慢性研究。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of audiogenic epilepsy by transient global cerebral ischemia, and analyze and evaluate the model. Methods Temporary ischemia was induced by chest compressors. After the resuscitation, the voice-induced seizures were recorded. The seizures were recorded. EEG changes were analyzed and experimental treatment was performed. Results The success rate of the model was 43% and the survival rate of animals was 76.7%. The seizures were similar to those of hereditary epilepsy-prone rats. The EEG was in accordance with the diagnosis of epilepsy and the experimental treatment was effective. Conclusion The model of epilepsy induced by global cerebral ischemia in rats is simple and easy to operate, with high success rate and close to clinical and pathological conditions, suitable for long-term chronic studies.
