恶性组织细胞病(恶组)是一种恶性血液病,我院自1975年3月至1986年4月按“恶性网状细胞病诊断会议草案”确诊8例,其中5例有感染证据,本文就恶组合并感染的关系进行讨论。有关资料见表。一般资料:8例中男6例,女2例,男:女=3:1,年龄范围1岁4月至55岁,中数年龄为31岁,病程12天至3月。临床及血液学资料:8例均因高热应用抗菌素治疗无效,腹胀腹痛各1例,皮肤多发给节及溃疡1例,骨痛1例,呕吐昏迷1例,阴囊及会阴肿痛1例,余2例仅有高热。淋巴结肿大2例,肝大8例,脾大5例。4例有出血倾向,血红蛋白5～9.6g,大多数表现为中度贫血;白细胞低下者4
