深化改革和市场经济体制的运作激活了整个社会,尤其是在人才的流动和企业用工自主权方面,环境日益宽松,煤炭企业也是如此。近年来,煤矿用工随着体制的变革也发生了根本性的改变。煤炭企业用工及工人进矿工作真正实现了双向选择。但是,经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高却使煤矿用人招工刚刚柳暗花明又坠人山重水复之中。
The deepening of reforms and the operation of a market economy system have activated the entire society, especially in terms of the flow of talents and the autonomy of companies in the use of labor. The environment has become looser and the same is true for coal companies. In recent years, the employment of coal mines has also undergone fundamental changes with the institutional changes. The employment of coal companies and the work of workers in mines have truly achieved two-way choices. However, the development of the economy and the improvement of people’s living standards have caused the recruitment of coal mine workers to fall into disastrous declines.
