基于在pH 7.87的Tris-HCl的缓冲溶液中,利用盐酸氯丙嗪对血红蛋白模拟酶催化荧光体系的猝灭作用,建立了酶催化荧光法测定盐酸氯丙嗪的新方法。研究了该猝灭体系的最佳实验条件及动力学行为。测定的线性范围为2.11×10-8~5.63×10-5 mol/L,检出限为2.29×10-9 mol/L。对浓度为4.22×10-6 mol/L的盐酸氯丙嗪进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为2.83%。该方法简单、快速、灵敏,可用于盐酸氯丙嗪注射液中盐酸氯丙嗪含量的测定。
Based on the quenching effect of chlorpromazine hydrochloride on hemoglobin mimic enzyme catalyzed fluorescence in pH 7.87 Tris-HCl buffer solution, a new method of enzymatic fluorimetric determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride was established. The optimal experimental conditions and kinetic behavior of the quenching system were studied. The linear range was 2.11 × 10-8 ~ 5.63 × 10-5 mol / L with the detection limit of 2.29 × 10-9 mol / L. Eleven parallel determinations of chlorpromazine hydrochloride at a concentration of 4.22 × 10-6 mol / L showed a relative standard deviation of 2.83%. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive and can be used for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in chlorpromazine hydrochloride injection.
