通过去除培养液中的L-缬氨酸(L-Val)观察其对培养的HL-60系细胞增殖、成熟及纤维结合蛋白(Fn)合成的影响。结果发现,与对照组比较,去除培养基中L-Val可明显抑制HL-60系细胞生长、蛋白与Fn合成,明显促进该系细胞分化成热(均P<0.05).去除培养液中L-苯丙氨酸或L-蛋氨酸对HL-60系细胞这些特性均无明显影响。此为配制不平衡氨基酸液治疗白血病提供了实验基础。
The effect of L-valine (L-Val) on the proliferation, maturation and fibronectin (Fn) synthesis of cultured HL-60 cells was observed by removing the culture medium. The results showed that compared with the control group, removal of L-Val in the culture medium significantly inhibited the growth of HL-60 cells, the synthesis of protein and Fn, and significantly promoted the differentiation of the cells into heat (P<0.05). - Phenylalanine or L-methionine had no significant effect on these characteristics of HL-60 cells. This provides an experimental basis for the preparation of unbalanced amino acid fluids for the treatment of leukemia.
