用MTT法观察顺铂(CDDP)与鱼肝油酸钠(SM)配伍对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901的体外杀伤效果。人胃癌细胞SGC-7901被接种于裸鼠皮下以建立荷瘤裸鼠。CD-DP每次3mg·kg~(-1)·time~(-1),SM:50mg·kg~(-1)·time~(-1),容量:50μl,肿瘤组织中心注射。配伍组肿瘤SM和CDDP交叉给药,两药间隔30分钟,每3天1次,共3次。SM在体外对胃癌细胞有很强的杀伤作用;局部注射后,配伍组的抗癌作用明显高干各单一药物组,肿瘤细胞全部坏死,周围有纤维组织包绕,血管内皮细胞坏死。SM与CDDP协同抗肿瘤作用明显。
MTT assay was used to observe the killing effect of cisplatin (CDDP) and sodium morrhuate (SM) on human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 in vitro. Human gastric cancer cells SGC-7901 were inoculated subcutaneously in nude mice to establish tumor-bearing nude mice. Each time 3 mg·kg -1 -time -1, SM: 50 mg·kg -1 -time -1, and volume: 50 μl of CD-DP were injected into the tumor center. The compatibility group SM and CDDP were cross-administered. The two drugs were separated for 30 minutes every 3 days for a total of 3 times. SM has a strong killing effect on gastric cancer cells in vitro; after the local injection, the anticancer effect of the compatibility group was significantly higher than that of the single drug group. The tumor cells were all necrotic, surrounded by fibrous tissue, and the vascular endothelial cells were necrotic. The synergistic anti-tumor effect of SM and CDDP is obvious.
