以 Lucas(1988)和 Rome(1990)为代表的内生增长理论开创以来,人力资本积累被看作与物质资本一样是经济增长的重要源泉。借助于人力资本积累这一桥梁,在 Samuelson(1958)&Diamond(1965)的世代交叠模型(OLG)的基础上,许多研究将养老金制度、教育投资与经济增长的其他要素相联系,进行了理论和应用研究。本文主要介绍了养老金制度与教育投资的理论和应用研究的最新成果和进展,这对于当前社会保障改革进程中的养老金计划和制度的设计具有重要意义。
Since the foundation of endogenous growth theory represented by Lucas (1988) and Rome (1990), human capital accumulation has been regarded as an important source of economic growth, just like material capital. Building on this bridge of human capital accumulation, many studies have linked the pension system, investment in education, and other elements of economic growth, based on the generational overlap model (OLG) of Samuelson (1958) & Diamond (1965) Theory and Applied Research. This article mainly introduces the latest achievements and progress of theoretical and applied research on pension system and education investment, which is of great significance for the design of pension plans and systems in the current social security reform process.
