改革开放以来,我们本着解放思想,真抓实干,上质量,求效益,创办具有中国特色的社会主义新型医院的指导思想,不断进行改革探索,促进了医院的发展,提高了医疗服务质量,医院连年被评为省、市级“文明单位”,并在省内外享有一定的声誉。1994年6月经省医院评审团评审验收,达到了二级甲等医院标准。我们重点抓了以下方面的工作: 一、抓住机遇,积极参与医疗市场竞争 抓住机遇是深化改革的关键。我们主要抓了领导班子认识上的高起点和广大职工的意识到位,增强了广大干部职工的参与意
Since the reform and opening up, we have been emancipating the mind, doing practical work, seeking quality, seeking efficiency, establishing the guiding ideology of a new type of socialist hospital with Chinese characteristics, continuing to carry out reform exploration, and promoting the development of hospitals and improving the quality of medical services. The hospital has been rated as a provincial and municipal “civilized unit” for consecutive years, and enjoys a certain reputation both inside and outside the province. In June 1994, it was reviewed and accepted by the provincial hospital’s judging panel and reached the standard of Class A hospital. We have focused on the following aspects: 1. Seizing opportunities and actively participating in the medical market competition Seizing opportunities is the key to deepening reforms. We mainly grasped the high starting point for the leadership team and the awareness of the employees, and enhanced the participation of the broad masses of staff and workers.
