班主任是一所学校里全面负责一个班级中学生的思想、学习、生活等工作的教师。是一个班级的组织者、领导者和教育者,也是一个班级中全体任课教师教学、教育工作的协调者。班主任是凝聚一个班级学风、教风、班风的指向标和可靠力量。有人说:班主任是世界上最小的主任;也有人说:班主任是学校里最苦的岗位,起得最早,睡得最晚。尤其是初三的班主任面临着升学的压力,更加辛苦。笔者担任班主任工作多年,感触良多,有几分疲惫,也有几许收获,咀嚼过失败的苦涩,也品尝过成功的甘甜,经历了一次次酸甜苦辣的心灵历程,笔者认为班主任工作是一项光荣而又神圣的工作,也是一项充满挑战性的工作。总结自己近几年的班主任工作,我觉得有些话想写出来。
