由厦门汽车修配厂,一机部郑州机械科学研究所共同承担的一机部重点科研项目《精铸球铁汽车螺旋伞齿轮》经历十年的试验研究工作:完成对齿轮用材:生产中齿轮精度的工艺控制;台架、油料、噪音以及专项五万公里道路强化跑车等试验研究工作。一机部机械科学研究院和一机部汽车总局邀请全国廿多个部门于82年3月28日至4月1日在厦门通过技术鉴定。研究论文、报告已分别在国际46届铸造年会,全国第二届汽车年会及第三届铸造年会上宣读和发表。汽车后桥主减速器上的螺旋伞齿轮,是汽车重要传动部件之一。由于它承载交变载荷和严重摩擦,常以弯曲疲劳断齿和齿面点蚀扩展等形式失效。对于这种受力条件相当苛刻的部件,我国一直采用18铬锰钛低碳合盒钢,锻造加工后,再经渗碳淬火热处理而成。1970年以来结合我国得天独厚的稀土资源和车型繁多
