一、前言在数控加工中,计算零件型面交切点坐标尺寸对编制加工程序的工作是不可缺少的。简便、经济、正确的计算和编程方法,是数控加工技术发展和应用的关键。使用具有彩色图象显示的大容量且外设齐全的计算机组成的编程计算中心或编程工作站,虽然受到人们的重视,但对于占数控加工80%以上的二坐标数控加工零件或中小企业,使用上述昂贵的编程系统往往是不必要而且是不经济的。相反,一种智能化的袖珍自动编程机,面向个人和生产现场,不仅价格低、功能强、使用方便,还能使几何计算工作自动化,从而代替了计算器,深受欢迎。
