课堂是师生互动,心灵对话的舞台;课堂是师生共同创造奇迹,唤醒潜能的时空;课堂是点燃学生智慧的火把。教师教学时必须打破束缚学生的所有枷锁,搭建互动平台,建立平等对话的师生关系。教师要引导学生经历、体验、感悟,唤醒学生主动探索的欲望,在对话中生成和谐课堂。教育者应该懂得“有所为且有所不为”的道理,学会等待和抓住教育时机,用一颗智慧的心灵唤醒学生智慧的心灵。
Classroom is the stage of interaction between teachers and students and spiritual dialogue. Classroom is a space where teachers and students work together to create miracles and awaken their potential. Classroom is the torch that ignites students’ wisdom. Teachers must break the shackles of binding students, set up an interactive platform, and establish an equal dialogue between teachers and students. Teachers should guide students to experience, experience, sentiment, awakened the desire of students to explore, to generate a harmonious classroom dialogue. Educators should understand the truth of “doing something and not doing something”, learn to wait and grasp the educational opportunity, and awaken the wisdom of students with a wise heart.
