目前所使用的电阻丝电阻炉,通常都是电阻丝把炉墙加热,然后再向炉膛传热,因而炉墙温度高于炉膛,而电阻丝温度要高于炉墙,实际上电阻丝的温度要高于炉膛温度120~200℃。所以,一般电阻丝电阻炉最高使用温度不能超过1000℃,在低于500℃时,因温差大不能满足热处理工艺要求。我们组织了大连制刀厂和大连坩埚厂协作,在学习外地经验的基础上,研制了碳化硅炉胆辐射炉,经试用有下列特点。
