目的研究麦芪口服液对D-半乳糖所致衰老模型大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法采用腹腔注射D-半乳糖的方法,制作衰老动物模型。60只大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、维生素C阳性对照组和高、中、低3个剂量的麦芪口服液组。测定各组大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与模型对照组比较,麦芪口服液能明显升高衰老模型大鼠的血清中SOD(P<0.01)和GSH-Px(P<0.05)的活性,减少MDA的含量(P<0.01)。结论麦芪口服液具有抗氧化作用。
Objective To study the anti-oxidation effect of Maiqi oral liquid on aging model rats induced by D-galactose. Methods The method of intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose was used to make the animal models of aging. 60 rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, vitamin C positive control group and high, medium and low doses of Maiqi oral liquid group. Serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured in each group. Results Compared with the model control group, Maiqi Oral Liquid can significantly increase the activity of SOD (P <0.01) and GSH-Px (P <0.05), and decrease the content of MDA (P <0.01) in aging model rats. Conclusion Maiqi Oral Liquid has anti-oxidation effect.
