泡沫经济是市场经济的一个特殊现象,泡沫经济酝酿金融危机。当前,因美国次贷危机而引发的全球金融危机正在愈演愈烈,世界各国政府纷纷出台各项政策救世。房地产业和金融业领域的泡沫经济是引发金融危机最根本最直接的隐患。本文正是在分析泡沫经济的形成和危害性的基础上,探讨和提出了针对中国“泡沫经济”的若干防范对策和建议。
The bubble economy is a special phenomenon of the market economy, and the bubble economy brews the financial crisis. At present, the global financial crisis triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis is escalating. All the governments in the world have promulgated various policies to save the world. The bubble economy in the real estate and financial sectors is the most fundamental and direct hazard that triggered the financial crisis. Based on the analysis of the formation and perniciousness of the bubble economy, this article explores and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions against the “bubble economy” in China.
