根据工研院经资中心(ITIS)的研究数据显示,台湾半导体产业前景仍相当看好,2004年产值将首次突破兆元大关,达1兆1,598亿元,较2003年成长41.6%。预估2004年台湾IC设计业产值可达2,700亿元,较2003年成长42%;IC代工业产值可达4,400亿元,较2003年成长42.5%;IC制造业产值可达6,657亿元,较2003年成长41.6%;IC封装业产值可达1,681亿元,较2003年成长42.9%;IC测试业产值则可达560亿元。
According to data from ITRI Research Center (ITIS), the prospect of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry is still quite promising. For the first time in 2004, the output value of China’s semiconductor industry will exceed Siu Yuan mark, reaching 1,589.8 billion yuan, up 41.6% from 2003. It is estimated that the output value of IC design industry in Taiwan will reach 270 billion yuan in 2004, up 42% from 2003; the output value of IC industry will reach 440 billion yuan, up 42.5% from 2003; the output value of IC manufacturing industry will reach 665.7 billion yuan, Up 41.6% in 2003; IC packaging industry output value of up to 168.1 billion yuan, up 42.9% over 2003; IC test industry output up to 56 billion yuan.
