后进生是指一些学习成绩相对落后,自制力相对较差的学生。本文针对民办高职院校后进生的特点,通过分析后进生产生原因,提出后进生转化问题的建议。
Post-graduation students refer to those students whose academic performance is relatively backward and whose self-control is relatively poor. In this paper, according to the characteristics of post-graduated students in private higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward suggestions on the problem of backward students’ transformation by analyzing the causes of post-graduation students.
